My experience with Kamal Benhoummad and BMW of Alexandria was deeply disappointing. I traded a recently leased BMW for another vehicle, and my monthly payment increased from $748 to $1,534.49. Within 2 days of fully understanding the financial impact of the transaction, I contacted the dealership, requested that the lease be unwound, and offered to return the vehicle. Rather than working with me to explore a meaningful resolution, General Sales Manager Kanchan Sedhai defended the dealership, declined my request and ultimately advised that nothing could be done. While an exchange was mentioned, no solution was offered that addressed the financial burden I was trying to resolve. I also made multiple written requests for my complete transaction file. The documentation I eventually received was incomplete, requiring repeated follow-up. What disappointed me most was not simply the outcome, but the lack of willingness to understand my concerns or work collaboratively toward a fair resolution. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt that customer service ended. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend BMW of Alexandria. As an additional note, I called BMW of Rockville, MD who spent time reviewing options and did everything they could to assist me, including calculating a timeline to help me get out of the lease at the right time. You can count on the fact that I will go back to BMW in Rockville, MD. More

Before my visit, I came across several negative comments that made me second-guess going, but I decided to see for myself, and I’m glad I did. From the Sales Manager, Kanchan Sedhai to the Finance Manager, Jeremy Seepersaud, to the actual salesperson, Krishma, and the Electric vehicles Edward, each individual conducted themselves with professionalism and respect. No, they didn’t do me any special favors, but they represented the company well, as you would expect from a brand known for high-end vehicles. My experience was “tremendous”, completely different from what I had read, which taught me an important lesson: reviews are just opinions, often influenced by personal circumstances. Some customers may have had a bad day or misunderstood a situation. That’s why I encourage you to visit and experience it for yourself before forming an opinion. Great Job! Jean Cyprien More

Christopher Clark was hands down the most genuine and kindest person I have work with. He didn’t push or pressure, but provided plenty of options and asked all the right questions. Overall great experience! It's been 7.5 years since my last new car buying experience, on my previous purchase, I was in-out of the dealership in 45 mins wrapping up a de It's been 7.5 years since my last new car buying experience, on my previous purchase, I was in-out of the dealership in 45 mins wrapping up a deal - granted I did the whole deal over the phone. This time with BMW of Alexandria, I was at the dealership for 4.5 hours - granted that's from start to finish: test drive, negotiating, financing and then off I went with my new car. My salesman Andrii was the utmost respectful and informative - he explained the vehicle specs to me in detail, which was much appreciated, off I went on my test drive…upon my return I made a fair & competitive offer, we went back and forth about 3x, but I stayed firm on my offer. Finally, the new car manager [Kenchan] accepted, they even found me an incentive via NFCU [another plus…!]. At the last step of my purchase, I was introduced to Dustin who was courteous and direct - I explained to him that my cu was offering X% @ 84 months, he asked that if he was able to beat hat offer, it if I would go with their financing - sure enough he was able to beat it at the terms I felt comfortable. He went over all the offerings his dealership offers where I kindly declined and off I went home with my car. An overall great experience! More
