We recently moved to Charlotte and unfortunately my A5 was damaged by the moving company. When I called the dealership I spoke with Kenn and the car was on a flatbed within 45 minutes. Kenn went above and was damaged by the moving company. When I called the dealership I spoke with Kenn and the car was on a flatbed within 45 minutes. Kenn went above and beyond to get the car repaired quickly and properly and we appreciated his high level of detail and professionalism. The service department did an excellent job to timely perform my 5000 mile service and were very accomodating as I waited for the service to be completed. Kenn made time to explain Audi's warranty inform perform my 5000 mile service and were very accomodating as I waited for the service to be completed. Repair work was done in a timely fashion, and car was detailed nicely at pickup. Also, months ago I lost $7 out of a jacket but did not realize it fell out in the car. That money was in my car at picku detailed nicely at pickup. Also, months ago I lost $7 out of a jacket but did not realize it fell out in the car. That money was in my car at pickup -- obviously someone had found it when detailing. How cool is that?!! More
