Audi SQ5 Have been a long time DAG/Audi of Charlotte customer and each time I go back there, it is clear that I continue to make the right choice in doing so. Walter is great and Kenny & Ken are second to none. Audi vehicles are wonderful, however its the overall interaction with folks like Walter, Kenny and Ken that make the whole experience special. If you have not been to Audi of Charlotte, you should drop in and see them. You'll feel at home right away. More

Excellence in all aspects of the lease process. Selecting a car with the availability of new models and features this year was difficult. I started looking for my next auto several months before the time to act. When I walked into the Audi dealership, Greg Butler quickly offered assistance. I wanted to see the new Q3. Even though he knew I was months out from making a decision he spent time explaining features, showing me the car and suggesting I drive one. He followed with an e-mail and a phone call closer to the time for me to select a car. No pressure at all. He was pleasant, helpful with information, knew Audi products thoroughly and listened carefully to my concerns and discussed options. He was helpful in getting through the lease process keeping me informed during each step. During the several months I looked a three other dealerships and autos. The pressured approaches and the lack in some cases of product knowledge sent me right back to Audi. I am very happy with my new Q5. More

Terrifc Design, Top Quality, Great Service & Fun Cars! I have purchased / leased my last two automobiles from Audi of Charlotte, a 2014 A7 and now a 2017 Q5. I will admit to considering other vehicles this I have purchased / leased my last two automobiles from Audi of Charlotte, a 2014 A7 and now a 2017 Q5. I will admit to considering other vehicles this last time, if only for the sake of variety. But in the end, I came back to Audi of Charlotte because of their professionalism and service orientation before, during and after the sale. Not only that, but I have found in my travels that other Audi Dealers are similar in their approach. For that reason, and the fact that they make pretty cool cars, I stayed with Audi during this last purchase. Both of the sales people with whom I dealt with on these purchases, Tony Martinez and Erlan Martinez, were outstanding. Sales Manager, Jim Mangano, was helpful as well and my time with Finance Manager, Peppi Bonocore, was unlike any other experience that I have had with a car dealership finance manager--and I mean that in a good way! Of course, the icing on the cake with these guys is their service department. As good a staff as you are likely to meet anywhere. You can't go wrong buying or leasing your next car from these folks. More

Luxury car, average service I don't usually do reviews, but after dealing with Audi of Charlotte's service department for 3 years, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I believ I don't usually do reviews, but after dealing with Audi of Charlotte's service department for 3 years, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I believe that when you buy a luxury car, you should get luxury service. This has not been my experience with Audi of Charlotte. I agree with many of the other negative reviews that cite a less than friendly attitude and unreturned calls. There seems to be a basic lack of desire on the part of employees at this dealership to please the customer. The car I bought from this dealer is my first Audi. I love the car and it is truly a joy to drive. But I dread servicing it. Updates on the status of your car are promised but not actually given. When I drop my car off I have come to understand that I will have to be the one to call and check on it. Loaner cars are also not offered very often, despite the fact that it seems clear that the wait for the vehicle will be a lengthy one. Although this is my first Audi and I have no experience with other Audi dealers, I can say that I had an Acura for 11 years and their service was far superior in EVERY WAY to what I've seen at Audi of Charlotte. If Acura can do it, then Audi can too. I'm not sure if management or ownership of this Audi dealer is to blame, but I think these beautiful cars and their owners deserve better. Long story short, I will probably look at BMW or Mercedes for my next vehicle. They at least seem to want happy customers. More

Took '03 A6 in to get timing belt replaced. At same time, car was throwing a DTC off and on for torque convertor solenoid. Code had cleared, so just got the timing belt done. Took car back a few weeks time, car was throwing a DTC off and on for torque convertor solenoid. Code had cleared, so just got the timing belt done. Took car back a few weeks later and they diagnosed the torque converter malfunction. Kenn explained the cost and also said they found an air valve that was causing it to throw a code for running too lean. Would take 1+ days to fix. Scheduled appt for following week and had everything fixed. They also performed 2 recall services while car was in shop. All work was completed and it actually cost a little less then what they originally figured. Also, was given a free loaner vehicle (A3 and Q5) each time it was in for service. Always treated great and service is top notch. Thanks!!! More
