Truck in service department for 6-7 months (not fault of Boch) but when completed my truck was returned without a courtesy wash, filthy, with junk parts (used brake pads) left in my rear bed. I called after the first month to request my tonneau cover be closed to prevent crease wear, and though assured it would be done, this was clearly not done and I have resulting wear lines. I was contacted about additional service totaling $3750, a price gouge, but was later called with a much reduced price of $2500 (same work). I elected to get a portion done. We will continue to have our three vehicles serviced at my local professional mechanic. More
