Kevin was very patent while showing us all the tricks of the Sync and ford my touch systems he ensured we were comfrontable with the basic before we left the lot. Kevin intorduced us to Denise Newman and she help us add some accessories to our new car (at a fair price) She was able to get the pin stripping done before we left the lot that day and schedule the rest of the work for next week on a day that was most conveninet for us. Our overall experience at Walker Ford was pleasant and all of the people that we came into contact with were polite and friendly. More

I had lots and lots of questions about the Escape, and he nailed them all spot on. It did take him a little while to find the Escape I was looking for considering all the options I was looking for, one with the Nav. system seemed to be the tough item to find out there, but he found it. The only one in the state, I might add. A couple days later it was here, all cleaned up, and I was outta there with it heading down the road. Overall my experience with Kevin and Denise was a excellent, one I won't soon forget. Denise also did a excellent job in finding all the little add on things I was after. She made all these things happen in just a couple of days. On Friday when I picked my truck up, everything was done. Great Job... Like I said earlier, my overall experience with Kevin and Denise was a excellent one. This was my first new,new vehicle ever. I would highly recommend Kevin, Denise and Walker Ford anytime.
