Our new car buying experience with Walker Ford was GREAT! Kevin J. really listened to what our needs and wants were and put us in the right vehicle. We did not feel pressured to buy the vehicle or treated like just "another" person looking for a car. We highly recommend Walker Ford to any one looking for a new Ford car.

My Review Of Walker Ford:

This is our second great experience purchasing a new car at Walker Ford. Kevin Jewel has handled both of our purchases and we can't say enough good things about Kevin. He knows the vehicles and options available, listens to what we want and walks us through the entire purchasing process without a problem. The vehicle is detailed and ready to go when we show up at the dealership. The paperwork is in order and ready to be signed without a wait. Kevin sits in the new vehicle with us and shows us all the options and answers all the questions we have. Denise Newman and Brett Hughes are also professional, friendly and helped make the experience easy and enjoyable. We have 4 others Ford dealers closer to our home but we pass them by to go to Walker because of Kevin and the rest of the staff. We have recommended Walker Ford and Kevin Jewel to family and friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

My salesman, Kevin Jewel, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the experience. Other staff were also very helpful. Everyone we worked with was friendly and straightfoward. We wanted to deal through email and Kevin was helpful and responded to all our questions via email. We also got a price I liked quickly that was lower than all other offers we got via email. Overall it was a good experience.
