Service dept is mismanaged. Kevin leahy doesn't answer his telephone and doesn't return calls if you leave a message. He is rude and dismissive of customer concerns. The used car manager, Wesley Mancias, is not to be trusted. They sold me a certified preowned truck with a headlight assembly that wasn't sealed prooerly so they had to order a replacement and 2 bent wheels. They are refusing to replace the wheels. When they were replacing the headlight assembly the technician caused $5000 in damage by denting and scratching the body panels and braking fasteners. More

Not the fault of any employees but I renewed my lease for new vehicle and a month later my check engine light is on. I apparently had a faulty fuel injector. It is quit concerning considering the car is bran new vehicle and a month later my check engine light is on. I apparently had a faulty fuel injector. It is quit concerning considering the car is brand new, but I am being optimistic and hoping to not have any further issues. Also, the online service scheduling system needs to be updated. If you try to schedule service online, its at least a month wait. Though I called my salesman (Andrew) and he was able to get me an appointment right away as I was not going to wait a month for my new car to be serviced. More
