Service work Very friendly staff. I had an issue with my trucks DEF tank (again). It was repaired and an additional problem later surfaced. Doug got my truck back Very friendly staff. Need more mechanics I have confidence in the work which is done on both our cars. I worked with Kim in the service department and she was great. She kept me informed and I have confidence in the work which is done on both our cars. I worked with Kim in the service department and she was great. She kept me informed and did keep apologizing for the service department having our car from Monday at 7:30 am until to Wednesday at 4:30 pm. That was way too long to have our car. The only two things I can think of is they just put my car aside because I was not waiting or you must have about 4 mechanics and need about 10. The work that was done was fine but you need to correct the waiting period. I could see his happening if I just walked in but I had an appointment which I had made a month ahead so I could have the 7:30 time. More
