The Quality of Service has diminished tremendously. 3 cars and now I am thinking about leaving due to mishandling of basic communication between service tech and customer. The new service Tech is the w 3 cars and now I am thinking about leaving due to mishandling of basic communication between service tech and customer. The new service Tech is the worst I have seen. Misguiding customers, talking down to other Jim Ellis Team members, and just is not engaged with any empathy for the customer. Just had a terrible experience and when I came back to discuss the issues. Instead of taking time to review my last service a couple of days ago, Tom decided to guess at all the work that was completed and was totally wrong. Everything he was saying I. Was telling the other Jim Ellis team member, that is not correct. The look I got from Tom was not good. If he only taken my phone number and reviewed my file. This is how far Jim Ellis service department has diminished. After speaking with the Service Manager, Nick Rose, it really gave me hope that there is a person in leadership that get it. This dealer has a major mixup in their database and they keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I D keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I DO have. Despite my multiple attempts, calls, and messages they still do nothing and continue to be associated with the wrong account. So this is a clear message that they need to do something about it. More
