I have been in the automotive business for over 32 years. I have been ranked in the Pittsburgh Region for Top 10 Service Advisors for over 11 years with Ford Motor Company. I pride myself on great customer service, and will always be willing to go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is happy. Excelent Service I am a long time customer of Kim Wolfram from back when she worked at Clarke Ford. I was very impressed with her people skills and when Clarke closed I am a long time customer of Kim Wolfram from back when she worked at Clarke Ford. I was very impressed with her people skills and when Clarke closed I followed her to Klaben where she stilll remains one of the best Service Advisors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We purchased a 2014 Focus from Klaben through Matt Hryb. I was impressed with the courtesy he showed us. I always recommend Klaben to anyone who is looking for a vehicle or needs quality service. Kim is the best!! I had a family member who used to own a Ford Dealership but I still came to Klaben. Kim W. takes care of me as if I were family. Sales Rep Dan Peters I have been working with Dan for several years now. I followed him from Kent Lincoln Mercury to Klaben. He has ALWAYS given us GREAT service. He is so helpful when you are on the fence with what car to lease. He gives us all options. When I pick up my vehicle it is always set just like I like it.
