My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Brought in my 98 Accord in for some routine maintaince service so I decided to check out the new Accord. Went into the showroom and was greeted by Kirti, Great guy. I told him exactly what I wanted but unfortunately, the car was not in stock but he told me it was arriving within a week. A week later, gives me a call the car just came off the truck and told me that it'll be ready for delivery the next day. Was really happy with the delivery process and was greeted by Jessica Germain at time of delivery.
I will definitely be back for my next Honda purchase at Germain. Michelle & Cindy is very professional in the service department and Kirti has been nothing but great experience from day one meeting him.

This is the third car we've purchased from Kirti. It's worth an 80 mile drive to deal with him. He's honest, knowledgeabel, and easy to deal with. What else is there?

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
My service light came on a few days ago (time for oil change) and my schedule is PACKED. I called and they were able to get me in and out with 30 minutes notice.

While there, a customer service person asked to do a survey about my experience with the dealership and it was a lovely conversation. I mentioned that I was dying to look at a Crosstour but did not want to give anyone the impression that I am currently in the market for a car (I'm not). The customer service person had Kirti give me a tour of the Crosstour and he asked spent time answering all my questions, even though he knew I was not a buyer.

For $60 I got an oil change, fluids top off, car wash, exceptional customer service, and all my questions answered about a future purchase I hope to make. Not a bad deal, in my opinion! :)

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Kirti is great! I knew what I wanted and Kirti didn't try to pressure me into more car than my budget. He's straight forward and honest. Marcello (Finance Director) is professional and efficient. He, too, listened and wasn't high pressure! YAY! Having dealt with extreme high pressure car sales in the past (one time I almost had to call the cops to get the keys to my trade-in back!!!!), my Germain Honda of Dublin experience was truly a pleasure. Thanks guys!
