All Mercedes Benz service people are very friendly and at the top of each one’s responsibility. Each has a “Be Here” attitude whereby they attend to you at a 100% of their time. Financial guy recommend to purchased the extended warranty on this car " Car is 100k car......feel un I purchase the used car 2018 GMC Yukon Denali. Financial guy recommend to purchased the extended warranty on this car " Car is 100k car......feel uncomfortable to go without the extended warranty. Soon as you walk out of the dealership you will get covered.... I believe the speech....I shouldn't listened Next day My wife driving the vehicle, She called me that A/C is not working. So no hesitation, I turn the vehicle to Simson GMC for the repair... so service team contacted the warranty, and warranty company spoke to me on the phone. I explained the situation, I purchased the vehicle last night and A?C is not working.. Warranty company denied the case with existing condition. I talked to the dealer, They should know about the A/C They said its been working. I asked the simpson GMC. Service tech said looks like A/C been in same condition for a while... I guess somebody is hiding the true I would not trust the dealer and especially used car Please be aware........ More
