He'll also make you comfortable & relaxed with his humor throughout the deal as there'll be no pressure from him. At present, my wife and I are now enjoying the car . Thank you Kurzad. I know you'll go great lengths to assist your customers before and after the sales of the car. Our appreciation goes also to Cindy who is always pleasant, friendly and approachable. She explained to us the figures in the agreement and to Nathan who patiently gave me an ample time in learning the advanced technology of the car. He has an excellent professional and friendly demeanor and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way; quite to the contrary he encouraged me to take my time so I could select the best choice for me. Kursad always responded immediately to every call or text and is the most responsive individual I’ve ever encountered. I am highly particular and demanding with what I wanted and ended up visiting Kursad numerous times before deciding to order a vehicle from the factory. Once again, Kursad knew every aspect of the process and actually made it enjoyable! His estimate of the delivery timeframe was perfect. He personally oversaw the delivery and sent me pics. Kursad worked with the dealership team and obtained an excellent transport service at a very reasonable cost to send my new X5 M60i to my detailer of choice for Paint Protection Film (PPF) application. Additionally, every person I interacted with at Flemington BMW was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Kursad and the entire Flemington BMW team. More

My wife and I are truly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and customer service. He’s available via text day and night and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We accidentally left our old PA plates at the dealer and he personally drove them to our home in Easton, PA that same evening. First of all, Flemington BMW is a beautiful, well laid out, clean dealership in a great location. We met Kursad at the front and instantly knew he was the right person to do business with. Professional, honest, friendly, and ultra helpful, he had us test drive two different CPO vehicles that we were interested in and also had us take a look at several of those same models in different colors. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to make the deal. We wound up deciding on a BMW 330x drive and we negotiated both a fair price on the purchase, and on our trade-in. Kursad was willing to work with us, and in turn, we purchased a vehicle from him and cannot be happier. Catherine Ferry, the Business Manager was also wonderful to work with. She was honest, friendly, and gave us all the options in plain English and we appreciated that. It was an absolute seamless vehicle purchase experience and that says a lot about the management at Flemington BMW. We highly recommend Kursad if you are looking to purchase a BMW in the Flemington area. More
