Matt was terrible. Very unprofessional and would never return my call. Left 4 voicemails for him with no response over the course of 3 days. The service manager was good and gave me a free rental car due to my car taking longer than expected. Other than him the rest was very unprofessional and I will be taking my business to another Nissan dealer in town for service and my next car due to this experience and the terrible customer service I received. More

This dealership has ridiculously unprofessional employees, they are completely careless towards customer vehicles. Every time I’ve brought my car in for service it has come back with damage! At thi employees, they are completely careless towards customer vehicles. Every time I’ve brought my car in for service it has come back with damage! At this point after my THIRD oil change on my new car, it has been returned to me with an awful engine noise that they claim is FINE. I get the run around every time I call and was lied to when they told me they could trade me in and do an even wash. Their service texting feature does not work. I have asked to have a different service technician and am still given the same one after I explained how awful my experience was with Stephon who literally sat down and pretended to check on what I asked him to three separate times over the span of 45 minutes, causing me to ask for the service manager. They do not clean their loaner cars, they do not make sure they are up to date before handing them over to you, they do not check the paperwork you sign to make sure the information is correct. Karen who handles paperwork has given me an attitude over taking the time to read what I’m signing (how I know my paperwork had incorrect information), I absolutely do not like this dealership. I have not had one good experience there. My car is 13 months old and has had several issues, has been damaged by service team multiple times, and the GM and service director has not properly compensated me over the time wasted, issues dealt with, or unprofessionalism experienced as they do not keep up with you as a priority.
