5, I have purchased several vehicles over my lifetime and this was one of the most pleasant experiences ever. Matt, Steve, Lance and Kyle were professional and very friendly and each provided a little person this was one of the most pleasant experiences ever. Matt, Steve, Lance and Kyle were professional and very friendly and each provided a little personal touch during the purchase of the vehicle. This was the first car my son purchased and it felt like each one took a personal interest in helping my son through the buying process. Lance did a great job explaining the benefits and the realities of each car he test drove. I believe the negotiation of the vehicle was fair and equitable. I will not hesitate to return to Coastal Nissan for future purchases. More

My mechanic (independent) suggested that I should bring my car to a Nissan dealer from time to time. I had an issue that he couldn't quickly diagnose so I brought it to Coastal Nissan of Norwell and they w my car to a Nissan dealer from time to time. I had an issue that he couldn't quickly diagnose so I brought it to Coastal Nissan of Norwell and they were able to fix the problem. Their service dept is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And Lance in the Sales dept is great to deal with. I will be back. More

Everyone was very nice. It seemed to take an unusual amount of time for the car to arrive to the dealership. It was 3 weeks from the time we started to the time it arrived.
