Not only was I contacted beforehand by the salesperson, the sales MANAGER contacted us just to make sure we were contacted. From the moment we walked in, everything was a breeze. The vehicle we were looking for was right in the showroom ready to go. The price was easily agreed upon and close to the Kelly Blue Book reasonable price suggestion. Once we agreed, the vehicle was removed from the showroom, we finished the paperwork in very little time and we explained we could stop in the next day to turn in our leased vehicle and pick up our new purchase. Peter Kimlingen, our sales person advised us the vehicle was ready to go. He drove our new Explorer to our house in Ormond Beach and took the leased vehicle back to the dealership. Couldn't ask for friendlier and more satisfying experience. More

I'm retired form a 37 year career as a Machine Repairman at the Ford Motor Company, Buffalo, NY Stamping Plant. I started out there in 1967 as a young Production Worker, producing sheetmetal parts for various models of Ford products. I know the hard work that goes into producing a quality vehicle for the public and me and my fellow workers always took pride in the standard of parts we produced. My wife and I decided it was time for some new vehicles, so, a couple days ago we visited the Palm Coast Ford showroom. We walked out of there with smiles on our faces, having leased a 2020 Escape and buying a Mustang Bullitt. Great bunch of people and happy to have made friends there. Two satisfied customers. More

Troy showed me what was available in stock and all available options of a vehicle that might suit my needs. I was not intending to purchase that day. But because of Troy and Larry Helsel, and the way they professionally conducted themselves, I felt very comfortable with them and made my purchase.
