Our First Ford Experience... This was our first dealings with a Ford dealership. Our first encounter with a Palm Coast Ford representative (Larry Helsel) was quick to greet us an This was our first dealings with a Ford dealership. Our first encounter with a Palm Coast Ford representative (Larry Helsel) was quick to greet us and NON PUSHY. A sales rep was sent to us as we were looking at the new 2019 Fusion. Michael Barns was patient in answering our questions and the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever dealt with.He took time to show us everything about the Fusion.and told us to call with ANY questions we might have. Being seniors and not very familiar with the technology in todays cars was a concern to us - but Michael put our mind at ease with his vast knowledge and offer to help in the future. We would certainly refer friends and family to Palm Coast Ford. More

Pleasant Buying Experience at Palm Coast Ford Purchased a New 2019 Ford Edge Titanium the first week of October 2019. It is replacing a 2010 Edge Limited. The 2010 was awesome and without any issu Purchased a New 2019 Ford Edge Titanium the first week of October 2019. It is replacing a 2010 Edge Limited. The 2010 was awesome and without any issues, but it was time for an update. The 2010 had been serviced exclusively at PCF, since 2011. I did my homework and found that PCF had what I wanted. I called Jim Jeffries, told him what I was looking for and set up an appointment.There was no sales pitch, didn't try to put me in something else. There was one negotiation and I bought the new Edge. Love the car and have every expectation that Palm Coast Ford will take care of me and the car, as they have in the past. As for pricing - Use the internet as a guide. More

Amazing! Great place to go! They were great in taking care of us! Larry greeted us! Sean (Kentucky) helped with the numbers and he helped with my boyfriend to Great place to go! They were great in taking care of us! Larry greeted us! Sean (Kentucky) helped with the numbers and he helped with my boyfriend to get a better understanding of the car and all the features it had; Chris helped finish the process, and I was so intrigued by their teamwork and efforts, that I then felt that I would be able to purchase as well. So, I the next day went back and made my purchase! They are ALL welcoming and FRIENDLY, you can tell they like to have fun, while handling business. It’s nice to go somewhere, that makes you feel that comfortable. Thank you all! We will be back! More

very disappointed with the service i got as a VIP Palm coast ford had my truck for approximate 3 hours to change the oil. I return before anyone call me, and as i returned my truck was sitting there, Palm coast ford had my truck for approximate 3 hours to change the oil. I return before anyone call me, and as i returned my truck was sitting there, i approach the manager in service and ask if my truck was ready , he’s response was yes i was just going to call you. as i walked to the to the truck i notice the tires hadn’t been rotated, the truck windshield was dirty, the inside had not been vacuum and there was no service protection carpet on the floor. The most disappointed part of all my experience was that i asked, is this the service you give to a VIP. response I don’t even no what a VIP service is about, More
