Larry, the manager, was the most polite, respectful and caring manager. Don showed the whole car to me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Working with Carlos and the entire staff at Smythe Volvo was a effortless experience. I didn't set out to buy a vehicle that day, but test drove this XC40 R-Design and knew it was the car for me. Carlos an was a effortless experience. I didn't set out to buy a vehicle that day, but test drove this XC40 R-Design and knew it was the car for me. Carlos and the staff worked putting together pricing on the vehicle while my wife and I went to the local bank. After finishing the transaction, my biggest dilemma was getting my new (to Me) vehicle home. The biggest surprise of the day was when Carlos told me they would deliver the XC40 to my house!!! Within two hours the XC40 was in my driveway. Thank you Smythe Volvo for my wonderful experience. More
