It's June now, I bought my tacoma from them in March and still have not recieved my registration. DPS has no record of it being submitted. I've called them in the past when my temps expired and they keep t still have not recieved my registration. DPS has no record of it being submitted. I've called them in the past when my temps expired and they keep telling me my registration should be at my home in 2 days. Here it is 3 temp tags and 3 months later and no registration. Yesterday, 05/09/23, I called again to find a status. I was passed around and ignored for for over 90 minutes, hung up on 4 times while on hold, and finally told I would get a call back later that day. No call. No tags. Totally neglected. Probably because I had bought the truck, closed the deal, and drove off the lot. They took my money, gave me a truck and have completly rejected my inquiries. When I asked to speak to a manager they pass me around to a service writer who put me on hold only to hang up on me. These people put on a pretty front, but I am not getting the service that I paid for and am winding up with an unregistered car. More

A certified Toyota that should've never been certified. Purchased a Corolla XLE, after a few months I took it to an stereo shop to get an upgrade in my sound system, the tech notice that my windshield was c Purchased a Corolla XLE, after a few months I took it to an stereo shop to get an upgrade in my sound system, the tech notice that my windshield was coming unglued at the top corners. When I took it the the service dept. the guy who attended me (John) told me that my warranty was already expired, I told him that it was a Certified Toyota. Both he, and his supervisor (Todd) gave me wrong info. regarding my warranty, they told me later that they would fix it out of "good will", that caused me to take a closer look at the certified warranty website (toyotacertified.com), that's where I saw exactly what is covered and the terms, I also saw that there were some things that according to the 160-point inspection shouldn't have passed that inspection; 1) Glass was NOT free of improper repairs 2) Paint was NOT free of swirl marks 3) Carpet was NOT free of holes and stains etc. [My previous car that I also purchased there also had stains in both front and back, and smelled like urine. After a couple attempts they still could not get the stains out, I finally got them out myself with some Simple Green] So the next time I went there I bypassed the service dept. and saw both Ben Moscrop and Delano Palmer (who happened to be at Ben's desk) they both did a great job at attempting to resolve my car's problems, however, the guy who they hired to replace my carpet did very shoddy work, he didn't even take the old carpet out, he simply placed a new carpet over the old! Needless to say it does NOT look good. There are some outstanding people that work there i.e. Ben Moscrop and Delano Palmer and Bethany at the service dept. and others, however, there are others that quite frankly seem to have a habit of dropping the ball when it comes to doing their job. Now I’ll have to pay the cost of labor for something that should have been taken care of while putting in a new radiator. I came back the next day to point out the leak and all that was by the manager was to adjust the clamp. More

WASTE OF TIME AND RUINED MY CREDIT If you ever end up buying a car here, make sure any deal or process has been done correctly. I had to pretty much baby sit the whole process of the sale because no one care to tell me I was missing an application, I lost a significant amount of time trying to get things done, when it was clearly their job to do (sales and finance). After everything was finally done, my credit score got damage because they failed to pay off the trade -in on time. After the sale was done, I tried to fix my credit and went to atkinson toyota for the 6th time and finally was able to get a response from Richard Wilson on which at first I was being blamed for not paying for a truck that I no longer have and that they were not willing to help me out on their mistake. After talking to Richard and trying to make them see their mistake, he finally agreed to have Atkinson pay the rest of what was owed on the trade-in and help me resolve the issue with my credit score, something that he should have done since the beginning I walked into his office, by then I was a very unhappy costumer, and after complaining and trying to get a solution out of this mess, he offered a car wash and full tank of gas, but after all the time and money wasted + the hit on my credit score, I felt I deserve something else, then, after "negotiating" for something that I deserved, I told him I wanted to change it for a warranty that had the same value, bu the failed to do that and instead he gave me a basic warranty, at that point I was done with all the drama, and just accept what it was offered, and walked out. And to my surprise on my last visit, they have a banner outside saying they are under a new management, I'm not sure which management I was dealing with. I would think twice before coming back to this toyota dealership.... Also, the brand "new" vehicle that I bought there had a paint defect that was poorly fixed. More
