I purchased my first Subaru from Glanzmann in 2009 at the Jenkintown location. My recent purchase took place at Glanzmann's new location in Hatboro, Pa. Oh, I returned on Lauren's day off to complete my purchase and don't remember the name of the young man who took her place, but he was as professional and helpful as Lauren. Phil was knowledgeable, patient and helpful when my wife and I came in to replace our 20 year-old minivan. We came away with a Subaru Forester (we already own a Subaru CrossTrek) and couldn't be more happy and I came in to replace our 20 year-old minivan. Christian Rodemich, the Vehicle Concierge, assisted us on the many features of the Outback and answered our questions no matter how large or small. He also provided information about general capabilities, and little perks, we had no idea existed. This was the best car-buying experience we've ever experienced. Thank you to all. More

Very happy with our new car purchase and the trade in value offered for our previous Subaru. Lauren provided great pre and post purchase service to make sure we were happy with our new car and to provide us with all requested information. Chris was always pleasant and accomodating when we returned with our previous Subaru for servicing and kept us up to date on efforts to correct any issues. He made sure a loaner vehicle was always available to us when needed. Dan became personally involved on a repair of our previous Subaru. He gave us multiple updates on the service departments efforts, and made sure that the repairs were completed and that the car was returned to us in great operating condition. Mark was a pleasure to work with as well. He contacted us personally when we were considering a new purchase and negotiated a generous trade in allowance on our previous Subaru. More
