Her technical sales knowledge a great asset, her diligent follow up guided us every step of the way, at a pace that was right for us. Being open to our needs, Lauren gave us a feeling of confidence and trust that extended to her colleagues Dana and Warren, involved later in our purchase. This dealership made my deal with less than a weeks notice and all i had to do was show up. Topped deals from 2 other locations. Lauren assisted with the vehicle and facilitated the financial steps. First time buying a car at Glanzmann Subaru. Great experience! Did not feel like a typical pushy car sales place. I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and had a wonderful experience with Glanzmann Subaru. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic an appointment was required to test drive a car. The dealership promptly reached out to me and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with a sales person. Lauren and Becky made the car buying process easy and efficient. They were delightful to work with and made the experience painless and pleasant. I am very impressed with this dealership! More
