Never again I was never contacted to pick my tags. I saw on their paperwork the tags were picked up 3/31. My temp expired 4/1. This is unacceptable. He was pleasant, helpful and NOT HIGH PRESSURE like those at other dealers I have dealt with in the past. My wife and I settled on a new 2016 Ford Edge Titanium and could not be any more please with the ease of that purchase. So, when I decided to purchase a new vehicle for my company I bypassed the two sales reps who greeted and offered to help me as I passed through the dealership and made a direct beeline for Vern's desk. Once again it was an easy and pleasant transaction on the purchase of a new 2017 Ford Focus SEL Hatchback. While I should not need any vehicles for at least 5 years, I will always recommend Vern and Winner Ford to my friends and family. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE MY NEW FRIEND! More
