Exceptional Service Department I purchased a 2012 Camry from this dealership a year ago. We purchased the family plan in addition to the automobile so that we could take advantage o I purchased a 2012 Camry from this dealership a year ago. We purchased the family plan in addition to the automobile so that we could take advantage of regular service and lifetime free oil changes. This has been a great deal since I drive 35,000 miles a year. I have worked with several of the service team members. The person who takes the appointment to the inside service team of Leroy, Tony, and others. I have never had such a great experience in customer service as I have had with this team. I have owned cars for the past 30 years. When looking at our next purchase Fred Anderson is at the forefront because of the overall experience we have had with both the service and sales team. Just bought my second Toyota from Fred Anderson! I went in for an oil change on my Tundra (which I truly LOVE!!!) To keep myself occupied, I decided to walk around the parking lot. Next thing I know I went in for an oil change on my Tundra (which I truly LOVE!!!) To keep myself occupied, I decided to walk around the parking lot. Next thing I know I'm looking at this beautiful Toyota Avalon. Believe me, I was not in the market for a car by any means. I must've looked pretty impressed because here comes a salesman. My usual response would be "oh no" but the fellow looked nice enough. I told him I was just walking around while I had the truck serviced. He said OK, but said he'd just show me the car to pass the time. Next thing I know, I'm buying a 2014 Avalon! What a gorgeous machine. And my sales rep, Chris Mitchell was completely no pressure. He took me in to work with Alecia, who, for the second time, was a completely relaxed, straightforward business manager. When I came out of the sales office, there was Andy Miller, looking for me to tell me my truck was ready. He kidded me about ending up buying another car. I checked out with Leroy Jones, my service adviser. Both of those service department gentlemen are top notch, and in a very tough profession. They always treat me with respect and greet me with a smile! The staff at Fred Anderson treats me like a friend. Awesome business in every way! More

Our salesman, Chad Eaton was extremely helpful, genuine, and a pleasure to work with. He was, by far, the best salesmen we worked with in our search for a new car for my wife. Alesia seemed genuinely concerned for our financial well being when presenting us with options in financing and warranties. Blake was very courteous and was a respectful and determined to earn our business. Although I only met Leroy briefly, he made me feel welcomed and confident that he will take good care of us when we return for service. I commend the Fred Anderson organization for the outstanding facility and team they have in Charleston, and I plan to recommend them to everyone I know. Having sold Toyotas in the early nineties, I understand how hard it is to develop the professionalism exemplified by Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston's staff, and I must again thank Chad Eaton for his commitment and care he showed in helping us through our purchase. Chad missed his daughter's performance in a school event to complete our sale... As a father who has also missed several events such as this due to unforeseen work requirements, I appreciate his commitment and sacrifice to his work.
