I can’t begin to describe how much I LOVE my new (to me, anyway) Grand Cherokee!! I came to have my Pathfinder serviced last Saturday (9/30) and decided to test drive it while I was waiting. I instantly fel anyway) Grand Cherokee!! I came to have my Pathfinder serviced last Saturday (9/30) and decided to test drive it while I was waiting. I instantly fell in love with it at first site and just had to have it after the drive. Chris Hudson and his trainee, James, were excellent! They showed me all around the vehicle, describing many of the features in detail, and kept asking questions to make sure they understood what I was looking for. I’ll admit I was very upset to learn that Liz was let go. I was quite fond of her, but Chris is even better! Darmin was also excellent, working to get me a great deal, Cheri set up an appointment to get me a second key fob, and Jaryd helped me quickly plow through all the paperwork. Linda, as always, was warm and friendly, chatting with me while I waited for the Grand Cherokee to be brought up, and even Lance and Nooney stopped to say hi. I’m sure Aldo would’ve done the same had he been there. They ended up having to replace the battery for me but gave me a rental for the weekend. John did a great job getting the Pathfinder ready in case I decided to keep it. He even threw in a free fuel treatment. I always feel like a VIP rock star there! With such excellent people, Maus is the only dealership that will ever get my business! Keep up the great work!! More

I was treated like I was part of the family during my car buying yesterday. Everyone of the employees were more than eager to make me feel welcome. My salesman , Rodney was very knowledgeable and was not pus buying yesterday. Everyone of the employees were more than eager to make me feel welcome. Every single person was warm, attentive, respectful and made extensive efforts to meet our needs. I entered Maus Nissan for research purposes only and left with my first Nissan. I kept my last Honda for 20 years and traded my 2002 Toyota With almost 300,000 miles so I do not buy a new car lightly. I am happily surprised I bought a Nissan and recommend this team very highly. More

Thank you! I felt so respected. Totally different from when I purchased the car in Tampa. Elizabeth was so nice. Didn't get a car but will trade in at a later time. Tow Hitch Installation Very accommodating, provided loaner as installation took hours. I took my car in for it’s first check up! It has less than 700 miles and I’ve had it since 2/13/20. I asked them to set the “bells and whistles” that came with the car. They didn’t. Ray Gierke just the most amazing God inspiring experience I broke down in the front of the Nissan dealer last night nice gentleman from the dealership Ray Gierke help push my car out of the US-19 and then ga I broke down in the front of the Nissan dealer last night nice gentleman from the dealership Ray Gierke help push my car out of the US-19 and then gave me his card and said that he would take care of me. they were closing in 20 minutes so he didn't care and three people as they drove out made sure that I was okay asked me if I needed anything before they left and then Sean came out and said that I was welcome to stay there as long as I had to they didn't care it they were just so helpful.Made appt w Ray Gierke but I was so touched he wasn't pushy wasn't just a sale, I took day off work went back next day! Greeted by Linda. It was just such an amazing experience the Maas family is just truly amazing they took care of me everybody had a smile on their face everybody was just so helpful and so kind and just so understanding and just like eased every tension that I had. Took all day for me to pick choose so many options not just 1 or 2 like other dealerships. They truly care listen to their client. Understand your budget! Just the most God Given experience . I was truly moved. Heart warm n fuzzy n truly blessed!!! Thank you Ray n Maas family for creating unique experience!!! More
