5 STAR SERVICE! I couldn't ask for better service! When I need any service or repair, I only work with Lisa. I know my vehicle and I will be taken care of. When I pic I couldn't ask for better service! When I need any service or repair, I only work with Lisa. I know my vehicle and I will be taken care of. When I pick up my vehicle, I have confidence it will be returned performing better and cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thank you. Very understanding, patient and she followed up with me. The entire service team at Rallye made an unpleasant situation smooth & seemless. My car left my (9 month) pregnant wife stranded on the side of the highway. Roadside came, issued us a loaner and ultimately, I was able to get into a new car based on the repeated service issues my vehicle had. I don't expect any luxury car to be perfect. They have a lot electronics which can become defective at any moment. The EXPERIENCE from Lisa and the service management team (Charlie & Keith) was fantastic. Anyone can sell you a car, but great service and a pleasant experience when you are frustrated and having problems is hard to find. I'm a raving fan of Rallye and I HIGHLY recommend you purchase from them. - Kevin Douglas More

Best Mercedes Dealer on Long Island I've been to them all! This is my 3rd MB and second from Steven Suydam! Highly recommend this dealership and this sales consultant! Went in to find I've been to them all! This is my 3rd MB and second from Steven Suydam! Highly recommend this dealership and this sales consultant! Went in to find my third Mercedes Benz. I had searched for two weeks for the perfect car with all the bells and whistles and color combo. Been to my local dealer to find the guy who sold me my second benz because I wanted to trade my C-class for an upgrade to an E-class, much to my dismay, he no longer works at MB Huntington. I have a regular customer named Jay who works at Rallye Motors of Roslyn and he told me to come in and browse the largest Mercedes dealer on the east coast, so I did. He introduced me to a salesperson and I was in shock! Both our mouths dropped...it was Steve Suydam, the very man who sold me my current C-class! What are the chances? So now, I'm standing in this beautiful, massive, luxurious dealership where my company bought our sprinter 3500 from, with my friend Jay and the very familiar Steve. I knew I was right at home now, received excellent service as usual from Steve, it is what I expected. I was destined to make a deal here! xxxxxxare listed above. Cons? Well there were two small chips on the door, and a smudge on the side view mirror which I was told was going to be taken care of, when I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed, but the smudge and chips were still there...so my interpretation of "taken care of" really wasn't theirs. I also asked them to remove the rallye marketing rectangular plastic badge from the trunk lid, which they did as I was being taught how to use parktronic, sync my phone, and the like. This was done at night so I really didn't have a chance to do much of a once over on the car, but I trusted them. The next morning I noticed the chips and the like. Had the chips and smudges been truly taken care of, It would have been 5 star satisfied, but I can see the residue of the rectangular badge still there..so not so much a warm and fuzzy feeling. But.. I am a reasonable man with a used car that I am very happy with! Could they have gone the extra mile and fixed the chips and smudges as I thought they would?.......sure! But I'm a businessman, I understand. This review is simply a testament to genuine mercedes dealerships, you will get a much more catering, and customer service oriented buying experience. Always buy a luxury car from a mercedes dealer...never ever go to those off mercedes lots on northern blvd, you'll be taken for a ride for sure. Kudos to Steve and Jay Johanas, I really appreciate your help and expertise and making my third MB my best one yet. More
