Bad communication. Was told pressure switch was the cause of the problem so I paid for the replacement but problem remains unresolved. Then Lloyd said it was because of the catalytic converter that st cause of the problem so I paid for the replacement but problem remains unresolved. Service Dept was exceptional in addressing my needs. However, the mechanic could not diagnose the problem with the car! This was surprising for me since the problem is still there. Greeted on arrival, a part I had ordered was waiting for install. Honored Group-on oil change special that had expired (Covid). Differential, transmission service was also performed.
