When I heard about the Maverick it really was a no-brainer to buy. On 6/16 I reserved one on Ford's site, which sent an email to my local dealer. It gave the internet sales guy's number to call, so I did. He said he didn't know why I'd ever be able to reserve on Ford's site because he'd never heard of the model, and had no idea. I went home and watched videos, where Long McArthur had some neat ones. On 6/23 I physically went into the dealer where I was greeted as I got out of my car, and asked about it, and again they had no idea what it was, but told me the sales manager would call me in the morning. He did not. That night I saw a new video from Long McArthur, where they said that anyone, even out of state, could order from them and they could put in an order that day, and if I financed through them, they would pay shipping anywhere in the continental US. When I got to work on 6/24, I ordered from Long McArthur. Between 6/24 and now the world went to crap (more than it already was), gas prices skyrocketed, and the shipping deal turned into sharing the bill. That was more than fair. I would buy from Long McArthur again in a heartbeat. More

Lonnie made the process of my trade in very easy. I was not looking to sell my Mustang but they gave me a great offer and the next day I drove my new Edge off the lot. Everyone I have encountered there has been professional but personable. I highly recommend Lonnie and this dealership as I have used them in the past for service. I’m from Detroit and grew up around the Big 3… their customer service puts any dealership in Michigan to shame. I wish more dealerships were like them. I will definitely choose to buy again from Long McArthur. More
