the sales experience was peachy with no glitches except the European delivery announcement probably I should have asked with the special equipment in the car. I would highly recommend BMW of Bridgewater because they are competent, professional, honest, transparant and friendly. I had water damage to my 2006 530xi wagon and they promptly handled a technical and c are competent, professional, honest, transparant and friendly. The customer service department particularly Debra Shafer was very professional and always treated me with respect, providing very detailed information and explanation; her technical knowledge about cars is impressive. The employees mention above were very courteous and attentive to my needs. Chad was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Sean was very pleasant and efficient. Lori was also very attentive to my needs. Chad was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Sean was very pleasant and efficient. Lori was also very kind and went out of her way to get me a brochure for the X1. Everyone was smiling and I left smiling. Customer service seems to be lost in today's world but not at BMW of Bridgewater. BTW - I came in to order a $17 part. More

I have hsd the car serviced there for 4 years. The car had several issues (HPFP, Injectors, battery, carbon build up, brakes) and all of the work was done under warranty. For non warranty work, they have had several issues (HPFP, Injectors, battery, carbon build up, brakes) and all of the work was done under warranty. For non warranty work, they have the lowest prices in the area. All staff is friendly and "bend over backwards" for their customers. Would not go to any other dealer. More
