Just had a phenomenal experience with Louis Nelson. I originally reached out online and exchanged texts with him. He was responsive and provided the information I requested. While he was busy, I got a message from James Brown, the Internet Manager to ensure I was taken care of. This all took place on Wednesday. I visited today, Friday, with my wife and Louis had all the options pulled up and ready to show. We settled on a Silver Grand Highlander Limited. The Pre-Owned Director, Victor and Sales Manager, Tony provided a very fair and easy deal up front and Antonio, the Finance Manager was very efficient and completed paperwork timely! We are very happy and cannot thank the staff mentioned above for the Great Experience! How car buying should be! -Clark Family. More

I love Toyota of McKinney! The salesman Louise was amazing! He worked with us patiently. We always buy our cars at this dealership. We won’t go to any other dealership! We found a vehicle on their website we liked and Louise told us to come in and he worked us a wonderful deal. I won’t go anywhere else. The finance department was awesome. This was a situation which could have resulted in a very negative review for this dealership and a dissatisfaction in customer service warranting a scathing report to BBB and up the chain of management. The salesperson and the GM prevented this situation from escalating and were integral to the resolution. The finance representative was too scripted, although I understand his hands were somewhat tied, and appreciated that he at least knew to get someone who could address and resolve the situation. However, I was unimpressed with his willingness to throw a fellow colleague “under the bus”. The GM worked with me to resolve the situation, as he recognized that exceptions to the standard protocol need to be made when circumstances are extenuating and not the fault of the customer, under any circumstances. Requested info online and ended up going in to see a brand new vehicle the next morning that wasn’t even listed yet. Test drove and bought the vehicle that same day.
