Service Advisor Luis Prada took excellent and professional care of my 2019 Forester. My 2019 Forester had an AMP problem and we were uncertain about its repair because the car may not be in warra professional care of my 2019 Forester. My 2019 Forester had an AMP problem and we were uncertain about its repair because the car may not be in warranty. Luis tried his best, then the Subaru installed a new AMP and provided a rental car. Herb Gordon Subaru goes out of its way to provide excellent customer service. For example, staff once stayed late to help me with a problem and provided a loaner car when it was taking a little longe excellent customer service. Their prices are also comparable for new tires, which was a surprise to me. I purchased my new tires a few months ago and learned the benefit of purchasing from the dealer. They had much more experience and knowledge about matching the correct tires to my car - an Ascent, which doesn’t yet have a long track record for replacement tires. Overall, I have been incredibly pleased with my interactions. More

I drive past other closer Subaru dealerships to go to Herb Gordon Subaru in Silver Spring because they have provided stellar service to me since 2017.
