I purchased the vehicle and added some aftermarket accessories. This process was outstanding! Once the sale was final, the vehicle went to service to install the accessories. There was a bit of misc accessories. This process was outstanding! Once the sale was final, the vehicle went to service to install the accessories. There was a bit of miscommunication on when the vehicle would be ready. The issue was handled after I picked up the vehicle by management team. More

It started with me wanting to sell/trade my vehicle. I received an appraisal but then when I wanted to proceed with a possible purchase Preston changed the numbers magically by adding a few addition cha I received an appraisal but then when I wanted to proceed with a possible purchase Preston changed the numbers magically by adding a few addition charges that I did not ask for and the charges couldn’t be explained well either. No one asked me what I was looking for or what I liked. I saw something I liked and test drive it with Luke for 10 mins or less honestly. He didn’t know anything about the car or it’s features. I asked about discounts and was told there are none but on the Toyota website there are military and student discounts available. No one offered me water or really had any customer service skills. They just wanted to know how much money I have to put down and what I want my monthly payment to be. I knew my budget before I walked in so that info was only for the sales team to figure out how much extra charges they could add to my bill. I didn’t like how everything was on an iPad either. That’s how they can sneak in charges as well and not tell you about it and Duwoyn didn’t explain much. He just gave me the iPad to sign and I was on way after waiting 3-4 hours. He told me I was suppose to have 3 free oil change but somehow was charged for that along with a data dot sticker that doesn’t do anything really. I was able to get a few of the extra charges taken off a few days later but I’m going out of my way when it should’ve been an honest transaction to begin with. Also I was told they added a safety feature/ pulse brake light to my car for $395 that I didn’t ask for or know about but was charged for it. When I checked to see if that was a real feature on the car it was not. I should be receiving a refund for that as well from Duwoyn. He didn’t seem happy when I wanted to cancel then plans he signed me up for and was kinda rude / unprofessional saying I hope nothing happens to your car. If that dealership/sales people cared about the people it was serving rather than money being spent then I might have added more things to the car. I was going to get a new car regardless but better honest service would make me come back. No gas was put in the car and no one put air in the tires when the sensor showed it had low pressure. I would’ve just liked better customer service for the money I spent there. I understand why people have turned to buying cars online. More

I admittedly ran into an issue with a used vehicle purchase from Corwin Toyota. Like any normal person, I was very frustrated. HOWEVER. I gave them a chance to fix it and I was beyond impressed with their willingness to work towards an agreed resolution, despite the fact that it was not their responsibility. Luke Nienabar (I know he will forgive me for the misspelling) was quick to help me close on my vehicle purchase without being pushy AT ALL. Very cool guy and super relatable. He will hands down help you purchase a vehicle and is not the typical aggressive salesman. Five star service from him. Preston Butz, sales manager, was one of the major reasons I proceeded with this purchase. He was willing to discuss the possibility of negotiating on a vehicle I was very interested in. He was reasonable and clearly cared about his job and his customers. Also five stars. Lastly and certainly not least, Curtis Hensley worked directly with me to resolve an issue I had ran into. Most dealerships cause people to lose confidence, but Curtis proved that Corwin Toyota cares about its customers. He was very intentional, respectful, and helpful in taking care of my concerns. At first I had a different opinion, and I see others who have had bad experiences here. I am certain if they expressed their concerns, they would be resolved in a timely and effective manner.
