Great experience with both a warranty repair and routine oil change for my Santa Fe. So glad they built their new facilities closer to where I live. Also recently sent my 19 year kid there on her own for oil change for my Santa Fe. So glad they built their new facilities closer to where I live. Also recently sent my 19 year kid there on her own for routine maintenance on her Tucson and she also had a great experience. And can't forget to say that Madison was awesome! I needed a multi point inspection and wa willing to pay for a real thorough one. Little did I know every thing is 16( an issue. An issue! Paid for the dash light 165 but the GPS has been black but occas for a real thorough one. Little did I know every thing is 16( an issue. An issue! Paid for the dash light 165 but the GPS has been black but occasionally comes on fine in high heat . Either gonna be a reboot or a fortune. A top drawer dealership would have addressed that if for nothing else safety reason. Never should have left car go like that. Not Madison’s fault. However if I were the tech and i know he knew it was out., a simple reboot to see if it might helped. Now I’m gonna get it repaired but had no idea you needed another $165 to check it out. Then the stuck windshield washer. Another $165? Just to check it out? I always used your dealership when my Santa Fe was new and I understand hourly rate but everything I wanted checked could have been done in an hour. My wife’s car. She wanted the GPS of all checked out .Not happy as that was gonna be the sign she would get a new one. Wanted that Palisade but too long for garage. More

Tunde O'Connor is a delight to work with and was the best in helping me with the updates and service needed on my 2021 Sante Fe. Since the very beginning, Madison has been wonderful and extremely professional taking the time explaining the situation w my car. You can tell just by the way she does her job that she has the best interes extremely professional taking the time explaining the situation w my car. You can tell just by the way she does her job that she has the best interest of the customer in mind. Which is a true asset for Hyundai. Not trying to "just" make extra sells "if" they are paid commission. Unlike one of the other representatives that was trying to help me until Madison was available. He told me flat out "that he had spent too much time with me" I can promise you I WILL NOT USE HIM AGAIN. I understand that they are busy and we all need to make money. In my opinion being in sales myself. It was very unprofessional of him. Madison is top notch. I appreciate her work ethic. More
