Traveled 50 miles to this dealership When I was looking for a CPO BMW I spoke with numerous dealerships and did lots of research. I found this dealership's price point to be the best. More importantly, The agent, Manjula, respectfully spoke to me and genuinely cared that I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted without all the chatter that can accompany a car purchase. All efforts were swift and to the point. I have purchased about 8 cars in my lifetime. I can assuredly say that this was the easiest purchase. I was in and out in about 2 hours! After taking their time with us with the car, and running the numbers, we were introduced to Dave, who ran some numbers on a new car. Thats when we decided to lease a brand new 2017 330i xDrive M Sport. Our whole experience went smooth and painless. 110% satisfied. The right car buying experience. I had been a customer of Flemington BMW for years and bought or leased a number of cars from them. I recently had two leases to turn in and planned I had been a customer of Flemington BMW for years and bought or leased a number of cars from them. I recently had two leases to turn in and planned to lease or buy two more. They were less than enthusiastic, so I gave Bridgewater BMW a try. I met with Manjula Biju as my sales person and Dave Wagoner as the sales manager. I told them what I was looking for and my target budget and they were happy to make it work. They patiently took me through a number of options before settling in on what made the most sense for my wife and I. The model and color options that my wife wanted wasn't in stock but they found it in another dealer and had it shipped in. I didn't waste a lot of time at the dealership. Most of my communication after the initial visit was via text, email or phone which was extremely convenient since I work in NYC. When it came time for that typical time consuming finance visit, they had everything ready and we were in and out in minutes. Dave and Manjula found multiple discounts and even helped me with our lease returns, which was frustrating because we were getting the runaround at Flemington for the same thing. I can't say enough good things about this experience at Bridgewater. I'm already looking forward to working with Manjula and Dave again when our leases are up in 3 years! More

It's not only that, from the time we started the talks about the car, she literally handled everything until we got the keys in our hands, and not only that she took care of issues that I had with my previous BMW car. A wonderful person to work with and extremely friendly in nature. She gives a clear picture of what we're getting as a part of the deal and always strives to keep the customer happy about the purchase.
