Hello, I’m Marie Hilt. I joined the Germain team in September of 2018 as a Service Cashier. My prior professions found me in customer service as well as positions where I acquired cash handling experience. Providing great customer service is easy, I just put myself in our guest shoes. Born and raised in, PA . I loved the simple life. We relocated to the Columbus area in 1980 and I graduated from Reynoldsburg HS. My husband Scot and I have two children Travis and Haylee. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family. My favorite vacation spot is at Indian Shores, FL. I delight in relaxing by the ocean. I am looking forward to meeting you when you visit.

Service was fast and efficient. I appreciated the report afterward of the condition of my vehicle. Customer service was kinda wack. Walked in, lack of direction and help. 3 hours for an oil chang! It sat for 25 minutes before I asked about an eta and the papers had already been printed withthe time on it that'show I know it was 25 additional. I would have appreciated if me and my service dog didn't have to wait 3 hours. Don't get me wrong, I understand about being busy and getting behind because of unexpected issues. I get it and really love your place and the people but when my car is done, come me! More
