This is a very professional staff that made the buying experience uneventful, as it should be. Mark and the staff had the truck ready for delivery, even though they were given short notice. We went to purchase a 2009 Jeep Wrangler and ended up buying a new 2010 Jeep Wrangler Island Edition. VERY satisfied with the Jeep and the overall experience. Chip the new sales rep and Mark the sales ma buying a new 2010 Jeep Wrangler Island Edition. VERY satisfied with the Jeep and the overall experience. Chip the new sales rep and Mark the sales manager were very nice and accommodating in explaining all and any questions related to the Jeep product line. Mark made us aware about the last day opportunity for a $750 rebate. As a skeptical buyer I had my doubts, but upon further review it was true to form. He stayed late and had all paperwork expedited for us, making the buying process a breeze and stress free. The Jeep was detailed and ready to go that night! Chip was very honest and upfront about what he knew and what he was unsure of being he was a new salesman. He did not try to fluff anything and when he was unsure of an answer he made certain he obtained the correct information for us. A great guy and I would certainly recommend you ask for him specifically. Josh in service was also very helpful in assisting us in customizing our Jeep. making sure we did not void any warentee that came with the purchase. In my opinion he went above beyond what a standard service adviser would do and is walking us through the best options for the desired look we are going for. All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase and with the service received at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. While looking at online dealer invoices after reaching home I felt very pleased with the purchase price of the vehicle. As in any business there has to be a profit made, and I believe Mark gave me the best price he was able to with Chip and him giving us exceptional service and attention. More

I was only out looking for a new vehicle, not anticipating on buying because I didn't want a high car payment. After spending time with Mark not only did he put me in the jeep of my dreams but ma anticipating on buying because I didn't want a high car payment. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Lake Norman Dodge. I was happy with the service I received. Mark was very patient as he answered all of my questions and helped me sort out what specific Norman Dodge. I was happy with the service I received. Mark was very patient as he answered all of my questions and helped me sort out what specific features were important to me and which features were not. We started shopping later in the day and I never got the feeling he wanted me to hurry up. This was particularly important as I was indecisive about the exact features I wanted/needed. The following comments are given in an effort to provide information that may be helpful to both the dealership and future buyers. While I am not dissatisfied with the price of the vehicle (I felt the price was fair), I was caught off guard with the "Dealer added extras" we were told about AFTER we had discussed and settled on a price for the vehicle. Perhaps we should have known about these, but they were not listed on the sticker, and as this was my first Jeep I was unaware I needed to ask about them. I feel these fees should have been discussed in detail as we were discussing the price of the vehicle rather than after we were in the process of signing papers. To be fair, they are nice features that add value to the vehicle, I just believe the price/benefit should have been disclosed sooner than it was. With that said, I felt our concerns were listened to and steps were taken to come to a fair and equitable agreement. They could have very easily simply said sorry and left it at that, but I felt they really tried to make it right for us. Lake Norman Dodge has a great inventory and Mark was even very willing to find a different vehicle from another location if I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I liked that he didn't put any pressure on me, but instead tried to decide what I needed and wanted. The finance department was fantastic as well. I would buy another car from them, but would be a bit wiser in asking more details on specific features, as we learned many of their vehicles have these extra features and they are not listed anywhere that seemed obvious to us. More

Everyone was very nice and worked very well to get me into a new Jeep Wrangler. I was not really pressured by anyone and they took the time to work with me and then show me how everything worked after I into a new Jeep Wrangler. What a great experience! This is the first time I enjoyed buying a car. I bought a 2010 wrangler and mark and brad were absolutely AWESOME!!!! This was one of the best and easiest experience for buying a car that I have ever had. There was no haggling back and forth with Management which turns buying a car into a much more stressful and time buying a car that I have ever had. Also, the first time we went to the dealership to browse, no one ran up to us and pressured us to purchase a vehicle. It was nice to be able to browse without pressure. Mark was knowledgeable about my Jeep and spent as much time as I wanted to go over all of its features. Amanda Schrider, Finance Manager, was awesome too. Her bubbly personality was a pleasure and she just happen to have a Liberty and a now a Cherokee and we spent alot of time talking about our experiences with both vehicles. The owner of the dealership introduced himself to me and made sure I knew who he was. This made me feel comfortable that I could contact him in the event I had any issues. The only reason, I gave them a 4 on quality of work is I found an empty water bottle under my seat and they left the lock box in my backseat which made me feel they only did a quick clean of my interior. This is my 3rd car purchased from LKN Chrysler Jee Dodge. More

During the deal was informed of a $2000.00 special for accessory parts at no cost. Mark was professional and up front on helping me with my purchase. Amanda Schrider was great to work with on partial financing of my new car. Once the deal was done, Mark drove to Kernersville to pick me up in the new car and I drove back to the dealership for a good test drive of the vehicle and finalizing the purchase. I am more than satisfied with my new 2010 Dodge Challenger. My friends are impressed with the car and the deal I got. More
