Very good experience with this dealer. My salesperson was Diane and she was great. Never pressuring me she just showed me the features of the car that matched with what I told her I wanted. Mark the finance manager worked with me and was happy to explain everything I asked and he would give me the estimated monthly cost difference based on the options I choose so that there were no surprises or hidden costs. Overall I had a very good experience and I am happy I purchased from Brown's and I would buy from them again in the future.

Overall I'm pleased. I'm glad they put this car on Craigs List because I was not ready to go shopping in person.

Bill was helpful and encouraged me. I probably really was not ready to make this decision but they all reassured me and helped me get comfortable with it.

My trade in had 190,000 miles. I really needed to get a new car. This one is going to be a lot of fun.

Bill was professional and a good salesman. Maaaaak made the financing fun. Dave should have given me more money on my trade-in but, as already mentioned, this car had some miles.

Thanks guys. Yes, I would recommend your business to friends.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Found exactly 1 CPO Sequoia within 200 miles from our house at Brown's Toyota. Was advertised for a price well below KBB, so I called Brown's and talked to Clever Bautista. He answered some basic questions about the truck and assured me that there weren't any surprises. He also offered to hold the vehicle while we were in transit (4.5h) so we wouldn't waste our time.

We made the trip the next day, and had a really good experience. The truck was as promised and a good value, and Clever was very helpful.

Two minor things weren't totally positive: they weren't very willing to negotiate on the advertised price (granted it was below KBB), and it seemed like it took us a really long time to go from saying "yes" to driving away. Some of that was probably us being chatty - everyone was very friendly, especially Mark Nicholson.

All in all a good experience!

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
I had visited many dealers over the past 30 days. I did not have any luck in an attempt to purchase a new Toyota Tundra truck. My decision was being based off selling my 11 year old Tundra. When I did, I saw a Tundra that interested me at Brown's. I had an extremely positive experience with 4 employees at Brown's. LaMont and Dustin were very helpful in getting me the truck I wanted. Glenn was great in explaining everything about the truck to me. Mark handled the finance and allowed me to check the numbers twice while making me laugh the entire time. Financing can be an extremely nervous part of buying a vehicle. I have excellent credit rating and Mark quoted me a very good interest rate. It all worked out great...I couldn't be any happier! I have a buddy who is looking for a Tundra in the next couple of months....I will do everything I can to bring him over from the eastern shore to Brown's.
I could not have asked for a better situation while deciding on buying my new Tundra.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Our overall experience with Brown's was very good. Any company can have a problem but it's how it is handled that matters. We were buying a used car with less than 15,000 miles so didn't expect to run into too many problems. We did notice a few small issues but our salesman, John G. took care of them straight away and he stayed on top of what was happening and kept us posted constantly. Great job, John G! The only reason I gave a rating of ok to quality of work is that had the 160 point inspection been completed I would not have found the problems I did. There were a few splash guards under the car which were damaged. That said, every manager at Brown's ended up working toward resolving the problems until we were satisfied. The main problem ended up being a shipment of bad tires that caused the car to pull to the right and the service department worked their process until they determined the problem. By then it was about 6:00 PM and we had been there most of the day. Rather than wait for tires to be delivered on Monday they sent someone to pick them up saving us a trip back to the shop. My Dad is unable to travel due to illness so Mr. Pearson came by our house with the paperwork to help complete the deal, thank you sir. Since the resolution of these issues took a few days, Mr. Barnhouse authorized a rental car and we appreciated this extra level of service, thanks Dave.This is our 4th vehicle purchased from Brown's and we will definately be there for the 5th and recommend them to our friends. Job well done.

Had a great experience purchasing a new car from Browns. Their website had accurate information on new cars in inventory, including specific detail on options installed on each vehicle (this is rare among dealer websites). Brown's website also had the best price I had seen after 2 weeks of shopping online and at dealerships. I found the exact vehicle I wanted on their website, called to confirm details and that it was still in inventory, then made an offer that was quickly accepted. Confirmed details by email, then picked up the new vehicle about a week later. Everyone was a pleasure to work with - honest, straightforward, helpful, friendly. Absolutely would buy again from Brown's.

Wonderful service and willing to accommodate our requests. Found a car that was similar to what we were looking for and exactly in our price range. They even reduced the price a little more to make the financing arrangements work better for us.
Clever worked with us from start to finish and was very straightforward we which truly appreciated.
