My family and I have been coming to Toyota of Wallingford for years and years because when we come in, we feel like family. My most recent car buying adventure happened rather unexpectedly and not at the ideal time, but Mark Stevens greeted us in the lot one evening when I decided I had better take a look to see what was available—and we were welcomed instantly. I quickly noticed how attentive, friendly, and professional Mark is—-and perhaps the best quality—-not at all pushy. I could not have asked for a smoother, simpler car buying process from start to finish. Mark kept me in the loop along the way when I had my name on a car yet to arrive providing me with info on the RAV, right down to the numbers for a potential payment. Today I went to sign all the paperwork. Mark had everything ready to go from the paperwork to the delivery to answering all my questions. If you’re in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle from Toyota, ask for Mark! You’ll be glad you did! He’s a real gem! More
