We are both proud to be a part of the Subaru family! Joan and Mark really put us at ease and took the time to explain everything in detail, along with giving us a great deal. Totally ignored I would give a a score of zero if it let me. Absolute worst Subaru dealer in the area. Waited well over a half hour, looked at several cars on the lot I would give a a score of zero if it let me. Absolute worst Subaru dealer in the area. Waited well over a half hour, looked at several cars on the lot, many sales people passed us (didn’t even look at us) and we walked through entire showroom and not even the 3 sales managers acknowledged us. One manager said hi and that was it! This place is small and has next to no inventory and definitely not enough people to help you much less acknowledge you. On my way to Another dealer! More

Mark and Don bent over backwards to find the right solution for me, whether model and features, driving experience, price/payments, delivery needs. I am fully satisfied with all aspects of the experience. The following week, 0% financing was offered by Subaru on 2018 models. I feel I should be given that retroactively. Thank you for a highly satisfactory and stress free experience. More

Excellent experience - would definitely buy from here again. I went to this dealer to replace my old Subaru. Everyone was polite, not pushy, and nice to work with. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but they we I went to this dealer to replace my old Subaru. Everyone was polite, not pushy, and nice to work with. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but they were very friendly and didn't mind me test driving two totally different Subarus. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and worked with me on the price. I left feeling very excited about getting my new Subaru Forrester. I love my Subaru. It's easy to drive, and being 5'4, it's a perfectly sized SUV. More

I was never forced in to buying, in fact they gave me a Best price that no other Subaru dealer offered (I reached out to 10+ dealership for the trim i wanted) I transitioned from a Camaro to a WRX. This car was the closest in /better option to a rear wheel drive. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and whom ever is looking for a new vehicle. Also Nick, explained thoroughly the functions of the wrx before driving off. More

Totally positive experience We just purchased our third Subaru from Wayne Subaru after leasing the last two. Dealing with this car dealership has been nothing short of fabulous! We just purchased our third Subaru from Wayne Subaru after leasing the last two. Dealing with this car dealership has been nothing short of fabulous! Everyone there is pleasant, helpful, and knows their stuff in whatever capacity they work. Ken in sales was helpful and easy to deal with. Nick was awesome with our "lesson", getting us familiar with all the amazing technology. David made everything very understandable in finance with his easy going, pleasant demeanor and willingness to make sure we were clear on all the money matters. And Mark, the manager, oversaw everything from start to finish, making sure we had the most pleasant experience and got the car exactly as we wanted. We couldn't ask for more. More car dealerships should be run like this one. More
