Simply the Best I was the unfortunate owner of a VW diesel. I first visited Wayne Subaru well before I knew when I was going to be ready to buy a new car. And I vis I was the unfortunate owner of a VW diesel. I first visited Wayne Subaru well before I knew when I was going to be ready to buy a new car. And I visited a lot. They were really fantastic in giving me information on the new 2017 Impreza and when they thought they would be in production and at the dealership. Ken and Dan Janelli and Mark Waltich answered all of my questions and were a pleasure to work with. We struck a very fair deal in no time and everything that was promised was delivered. Ken was extremely helpful and not only wanted to but did make sure I was completely satisfied. This is the second time I have purchased a car at Wayne Subaru, there first over ten years ago. The same no pressure atmosphere that was there then is still there. There is no question their philosophy of how to operate a fair and honest dealership has not changed over the years. There is nothing negative I can say about the experience, Ken made it easy. He was terrific. I can't recommend him, Dan or the dealership highly enough. And the best bonus, the 2017 Impreza is is fabulous . More

He listened attentively to my concerns about financing, and offered some suggestions of his own. Jim's associate, Mark, also went to bat for me regarding financing. All-in-all, thanks Jim and Mark, for easing all my angst and making my new Subaru a reality! I love it! More

Walked in and was immediately helped. Went with my father to get a new car. Took a look at the outback and said if we got a good price we would buy it on the spot. Made everything very easy and did not hassle us. Worked WITH us without an agenda. Ended up buying the car that night. Had such a great experience, three weeks later I went back for my own car. I am a college student with a part time job so funds are kind of tight. The price I got on the car was extremely affordable on my budget. This dealership is one of the best. They were kind, very helpful, and didn't pressure you into buying. They give you the best deal without "nickel and diming" you. I love my car and I owe it to them for making it happen. I will definitely be a returning customer when it comes time to trade in. Go to this dealership! You will NOT be dissapointed. More
