Worst customer service ever. Recently my newly purchased RAV4 I was hit by another car. The insurance company came wrote me a check for the claim and gave me all the informati Recently my newly purchased RAV4 I was hit by another car. The insurance company came wrote me a check for the claim and gave me all the information. I contacted my Toyota dealership, even though they were not on the approved list as I assumed it would be best to go to a Toyota dealer especially one where he just purchased my car. Speaking on the phone with a representative of the dealership I was told to deposit the check, and bring my car in to have it repaired. When I brought my car in to be repaired the representative that I then met had no idea why I was bringing the car to that location as I should have made an appointment so that the car could be brought to a different location where the repairs would be done. The representative was extremely ambivalent when he talked to us, to the point where we had to talk to his manager. The manager also was extremely unhelpful. They had no reason as to why I had taken off a day of work, nor why I had my wife take a day off of work, to drop off the car when in point of fact I really couldn't drop off the car there. The manager eventually backtrack and said I could certainly drop the car off there but that it would probably take two or three weeks because the repair shop was so busy. Needless to say I did not appreciate being treated poorly, and misled as to the process of having the car repaired. Having just spent $25,000 cash to purchase the vehicle, I expected a higher level of customer service. At the very least I would have appreciated not feeling like I was an annoyance or doing something wrong when all I did was follow what I was told. We recently purchased a new home in Natick and needed to buy two cars. I found both Wellesley Toyota and Framingham Toyota (Bernardi), and test drove cars at both sites. The customer service at Wellesley Toyota is absolutely fantastic. Our sales consultant was Mark, who not only helped us with deciding on car models but also excelled at helping us get the best prices on both models. The sales manager, Shaun, was also hands-on and both Mark and Shaun made a genuine effort to get to know us in person. I found Mark and Shaun at Wellesley to be knowledgable, kind, and welcoming. A Stress Free Car Purchase Al Javid was such a pleasure to deal with as I worked my way to a decision on the new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid. Al had been recommended by a friend who had recently made a Toyota purchase from Al. I was given the facts, data and clear information on the extras that would come with my Rav 4 Hybrid choice. I was given a fair price. My husband and I are internet sleuths and had solid information on what a fair price for this vehicle would be. Al gave us the complete price including the taxes and registration fees. It was what we expected to pay.Then he located and reserved just the car that we wanted in terms of color choices. When we took the various test drives, we were accompanied by a product specialist, a courteous, well-informed person, who explained in detail the dashboard settings and all of the seat adjustments. When we picked up the car, we had a product specialist who again helped us with the various settings in what was now my new car. Kudos to the product specialists: Moe and Mark!
