This commentary will cover my experience with three people at RBM of Alpharetta: Rachel Collins in Finance; Martin Hina, Delivery Specialist; and, Bill Favini in Sales. FINANCE: Rachel was very plea people at RBM of Alpharetta: Rachel Collins in Finance; Martin Hina, Delivery Specialist; and, Bill Favini in Sales. FINANCE: Rachel was very pleasant and made "signing" fun, no pressure, engaging, and an overall "breeze." We bought an EV and decided to apply for the Alternative Fuel Vehicle License Plate (AF). Rachel assured us she did on our behalf. She even said we'd have the paperwork documenting our AF tag application in the event we needed it while using the HOV lane while waiting for the tag to arrive in the mail. When the tag arrived, it was a standard tag. I was bummed. Before going to the tag office, I confirmed with Bill that we applied for the AF tag. He confirmed we had. Unfortunately, the tag office informed me the dealer in fact, DID NOT complete the application for us. I was able to apply on the spot and get the correct tag. In summary, if you buy an EV and want the Alternate Fuel Vehicle License Plate, make sure this application is completed and submitted at signing: https://dor.georgia.gov/mv-afv-application-and-verification-issuance-alternative-fuel-license-plate. Get a copy. While this oversight created a bit of confusion and inconvenience on our end, it doesn’t overshadow the otherwise great experience we had with her. Rachel’s warmth, transparency, and efficiency were greatly appreciated, and I would gladly work with her again. I just hope next time, the details—especially related to EV-specific steps—are followed through with full accuracy. DELIVERY: I can’t say enough good things about Martin Hina, our Delivery Specialist. From the moment he greeted us, Martin brought warmth, patience, and professionalism to the experience. He took his time walking us through every detail of our new EQE500X4, ensuring we understood both the technology and the thoughtful craftsmanship that make Mercedes-Benz stand apart. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but never overwhelming—he met us right where we were and moved at a pace that felt gracious and human. Martin also helped us get set up in the Mercedes Me app, linked accounts, and walked us through charging basics, drive modes, safety features—you name it. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customer experience and takes pride in doing the job well. For such a high-tech vehicle, Martin’s personal touch made it feel warm and accessible. He made delivery day feel like a celebration, and I left feeling truly supported. Thank you, Martin—you're a standout! SALES: From start to finish, my experience was exceptional—and that’s largely thanks to Bill Favini. Purchasing my EQE500X4 was a major milestone, and Bill made the journey seamless, pressure-free, and empowering. He took the time to answer my questions (and I had many), was honest about what to expect with EV ownership, and honored my pace and preferences throughout the entire process. Bill wasn't just selling a car—he was helping me step into a lifestyle. His professionalism, patience, and deep knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz lineup made me feel confident every step of the way. He respected my research, provided helpful insights without overselling, and treated me like a valued partner, not just another transaction. By the time I drove off the lot, I didn't just feel like a new car owner—I felt seen, supported, and celebrated. Thank you, Bill, and thank you RBM of Alpharetta, for making this milestone meaningful. We absolutely love my our EQE—aka ShEVa—and we’ll proudly recommend your team to anyone ready to make a power move. More

My husband and I just leased a Mercedes EV from RBM of Alpharetta. Our experience with the whole process was a pleasure. We are fortunate to have randomly chosen to work with Kyle Edson as our sales manag Alpharetta. Our experience with the whole process was a pleasure. We are fortunate to have randomly chosen to work with Kyle Edson as our sales manager. This experience was in complete contrast with what we had in 2021 with another dealership. Kyle is exceptionally good with not just selling cars but in his connections with people. Interaction with him for just a few minutes made us realize we are in excellent hands. He is an evolved soul and a good human being. He does not pressurize or use sales pitch like we typically encounter at dealerships. He takes the time to explain everything and tells you what to expect upfront, good or bad with each of the car choices. His attitude didn’t change even when we walked in and said we may not do any sale in the nearest future. RBM of Alpharetta is lucky to have such a dedicated team member. More
