David makes the experience of buying a car an incredibly special experience and his personal attention to you as the buyer is unparalleled in my experience. He lets you go at your own pace, he recommends ways to save money and explains exactly what is in the package. His knowledge of MINI models and features is outstanding. Buying a MINI with Herb Chambers in Boston is like becoming part of an extended family. David and his associates in service (Matt and Mark) go out of their way to take care of you and make sure you are getting the best value and performance out of your MINI. Once the vehicle was selected, he quickly and effortlessly transitioned us to Moustafa Hamouda, who wrapped the transaction up with style, panache , and quite a personal painless touch.
