Since I live over fours hours away I had to do everything over the internet to negotiate a deal. I found Matthew Barth to be honest, sincere, and a man of integrity. This man is worth his weight in gold! He always calls back and follows through with everything he promises. He even remembered things he said to me on the phone that I had forgot when we met and talked in person. He actually honored some things I forgot during the negotiation process. He did everything anyone could ask to calm my skepticism since this deal on a new SUV seemed to good to be true. I drove down there 4 hours to complete the paperwork and I was blown away at how smooth the transaction went. Jayson Navarro was instrumental in pulling this deal together and keeping in contact with me also. He paired my phone to the vehicle and answered the many many question I had. I ordered Honda accessories with Seth Wonkka in the service department after completing the sale. I did this so I could except delivery with them already installed. The next day Seth called and said they were on the vehicle! Incredible! This was just hours later. Then, finally as promised, three days later, my vehicle was delivered to me fours hours away so I didn't have to make a second trip down there to get it. They even filled it with gas when they delivered it! Do not hesitate to do business with Lundgren of Auburn. Five stars for price - integrity - communication - follow through. This dealership is one of the best I have ever dealt with! More

I was impressed that Manager Matt Barth responded to my inquiry quickly with an attractive price for a CR-V EX, this convinced me to stop at Lundgren before a large Honda dealer closer to home. Matt assigned Michael Berkowicz to assist me in buying the vehicle. I was impressed with Michael’s knowledge of the CR-V and the amount of time he spent going over the features of the car. I would definitely recommend Lundgren to a friend. More

I made an unrealistic wish list for price, milages, mpg, looks, comfort.. my experiends with lungren honda was amazing.. my first day of talks did not end in a purchase, at the end of the day I just passed and wasn't interested.. I was far far from my wish list.. that was a Saturday... Sunday I'm ready to move on and I get a manager above my sales person emailing me, and minutes later her boss was emailing.. afte some emails I got within $10 of my wish list.. I didn't think they could get it.. but the end result was Micheal Harvey, Christine Comeau, and Mathew Barth of Lundgren Honda of Auburn Mass. Bent over backwards to meet the wish list I set out with.. I'm paying $10 more on my payment than I had on my wish list but that acceptable.. 100% rating as a dealer.. I pick my car up tonight.. the car side or it remains to be seen.. but ill rate again in the future of the care for this dealership.. but you want an amazing experience talk with the folks at Lundgren honda of auburn mass.. 100% amazing experience! More
