You know car salesmen can be sleazy I did not get this vibe from anyone at Ricart, It was the best car buying experience and it was my first so definitely buying all my cars from here in the future and sending everyone to Ricart. I work in customer service and we are held to the highest standard at m job and I felt that from everyone at Ricart . From Brandon he was so cool he gave me a Arizona from his fridge, Rick educated me on the history of Ricart , James held me down and kept it real and made me feel confident in my purchase. Bryan made me feel welcomed from the time I came cause everyone was like we are going to take care of you lol. I mean I went To a few places and prayed hard and Ricart delivered out of everywhere I went I am glad I chose Ricart. Take this from me if you want honest people and a good vehicle choice go to Ricart. James was awesome and he definitely took good care of me . But everyone there did amazinggggggg!!!! Excellent Experience My husband and I needed to purchase a vehicle and we chose Ricart based on recent articles we had read about them in magazines and newspapers. Family My husband and I needed to purchase a vehicle and we chose Ricart based on recent articles we had read about them in magazines and newspapers. Family owned through the years was appealing. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We spoke with Matt , a few days before arriving to look at used vehicles, regarding financing options. He was very kind over the phone and answered all of our questions. We arrived that following Monday and John Prater was the person who assisted us in test driving and purchasing a vehicle. John helped us find the perfect vehicle that we wanted after we shared with him what our interests were. We had chosen 3 vehicles to test drive and once we got into vehicle number 2 we knew that this was the one for us. We chose not to even test drive vehicle number 3. John has a great personality and was also very kind and answered all of our questions without hesitation. James, whom we signed all the paperwork with, was also very friendly and accomodating. We will be sharing this great carbuying experience with friends and family and we will definitely be buying our next car at Ricart. Kudos to Ricart for having Matt, John and James on their staff. They are great representatives for the company! More
