First visit we worked with Adrianna to hone in on the right trim level for us. Very enjoyable experience. Next time we worked with Matt Oso to select a specific car. Short test drive went well. Ended u right trim level for us. Very enjoyable experience. Next time we worked with Matt Oso to select a specific car. Short test drive went well. Ended up completing a deal on the new car. When driving home with the new vehicle we noticed a vibration at higher speeds. Called Matt from the car and we brought it back in. They jumped right on it and ended up swapping out all 4 wheels pretty quickly. Test drive confirmed the fix. They took care of the issue for me, we’re committed to getting it right, did not blame me, and the car drives wonderfully as intended. More

Horrible experience with this dealership service team! Bought a brand new Genesis, then 3 days later part of the handle falls off (shouldn’t have even happened to begin with). Called the guy that sold me Bought a brand new Genesis, then 3 days later part of the handle falls off (shouldn’t have even happened to begin with). Called the guy that sold me the car(Matt) to tell him. Got no response or call back. Then finally went in the dealership myself and told them the issue. I waited a week, no calls, so I called back to check in and nothing was done to get it fixed and no word was put in. Waited another week then yet again I had to call to see what was going on. Nothing had changed still no part. Then Amanda got on the phone and said the part had just got in to parts, keep in mind two weeks since I’ve called, and she said it should take about another week maybe max two to get painted. Wait two weeks no calls yet again. So I called back and again they said they had just got the part in and it’s getting painted, but that part had gone into painting almost three weeks ago…??? Until I went in to the genesis store and demanded my part is when I finally got it and such a small piece that shouldn’t even had fallen off to begin with took more than a MONTH! Basically, do yourself a favor and go over to another genesis dealership because this shop doesn’t know that a phone works both ways and won’t take your cars issue seriously. And if you have Amanda helping you, I’m sorry in advanced. She is nothing but a liar and lazy! Also spoke to the manager and he said he was going to call me back the next day after my part got fixed and I specially told him “are you actually going to call me back or are you taking down my phone number for fun” he said he was going to and I genuinely believed him, but as it turns out the whole entire team is a bunch of liars feeding people xxxxxxxx and mistaking us for fools. More

I am happy to write a five-star review of a car sales representative who recently helped me purchase a new car. The representative's name is Matt. Throughout the entire process, Matt was patient and neve representative who recently helped me purchase a new car. The representative's name is Matt. Throughout the entire process, Matt was patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He showed me two cars that fit my criteria and explained their features and benefits in detail. Matt was also very knowledgeable about the different financing options available to me, and he took the time to explain each one thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I fully understood the terms and conditions before signing anything. In the end, I ended up purchasing a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the dealership. I truly feel that Matt went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. More
