He showed me two cars that fit my criteria and explained their features and benefits in detail. Matt was also very knowledgeable about the different financing options available to me, and he took the time to explain each one thoroughly. Mr. Jordan with the assistance of Mr. Julian Aversa arranged for test drives on the 2.5L and 3.5L variants on the GV70. Making the story short, we own a GV70 3.5L and we love it! I worked with J. Doane on 12/31/2022, for my 2023 GV70. He is knowledgeable and very patient. I did ask a few times about the rate on financing this car. I found out Doane on 12/31/2022, for my 2023 GV70. He is knowledgeable and very patient. I did ask a few times about the rate on financing this car. I found out on 1/2/23, when I picked up the car, that the amount is 5.99%. Now I know what our credit scores are and find it as poor service to charge this much for excellent credit scores. If I had known this before I probably would have negotiated this or found another car. On 1/3/23 I received a VM from the dealership that items were missing and not completed on the car detailing that was done before pick up. Now I get to go back 30 miles, to wait for the car to be finished. More
