Horrible experience with this dealership service team! Bought a brand new Genesis, then 3 days later part of the handle falls off (shouldn’t have even happened to begin with). Called the guy that sold me Bought a brand new Genesis, then 3 days later part of the handle falls off (shouldn’t have even happened to begin with). Called the guy that sold me the car(Matt) to tell him. Got no response or call back. Then finally went in the dealership myself and told them the issue. I waited a week, no calls, so I called back to check in and nothing was done to get it fixed and no word was put in. Waited another week then yet again I had to call to see what was going on. Nothing had changed still no part. Then Amanda got on the phone and said the part had just got in to parts, keep in mind two weeks since I’ve called, and she said it should take about another week maybe max two to get painted. Wait two weeks no calls yet again. So I called back and again they said they had just got the part in and it’s getting painted, but that part had gone into painting almost three weeks ago…??? Until I went in to the genesis store and demanded my part is when I finally got it and such a small piece that shouldn’t even had fallen off to begin with took more than a MONTH! Basically, do yourself a favor and go over to another genesis dealership because this shop doesn’t know that a phone works both ways and won’t take your cars issue seriously. And if you have Amanda helping you, I’m sorry in advanced. She is nothing but a liar and lazy! Also spoke to the manager and he said he was going to call me back the next day after my part got fixed and I specially told him “are you actually going to call me back or are you taking down my phone number for fun” he said he was going to and I genuinely believed him, but as it turns out the whole entire team is a bunch of liars feeding people xxxxxxxx and mistaking us for fools. More

Just bought a used Audi from this place and I can’t say enough good things about them. Vohn was excellent in making sure I was happy and all my needs were met. I’m very particular about certain things and enough good things about them. Vohn was excellent in making sure I was happy and all my needs were met. I’m very particular about certain things and anything I would request about the car very taken care of no questions asked. I work for a different, larger dealership chain and I honestly felt like I was taken care of here, more then my own employer… yes I’ve bought cars from both. They aren’t pushy at any point in the buying process and that is important to me. Finance manager Dshon was great in getting me an excellent deal on an extended warranty as well. Will be using them in the future and advise anyone reading this does as well. More

Wanted to jot a quick review which I rarely do unless I've had a bad experience. But the dealership was very friendly, met my needs and was gracious to do so. Most of all, in these times, I Have to sa I've had a bad experience. But the dealership was very friendly, met my needs and was gracious to do so. Most of all, in these times, I Have to say they are a DEALERship and NOT a STEALERship. they are among the few that believe in doing business the same in good times and in bad - meaning no inflated market adjustment fee that most dealerships are charging just becuase they can rip customers off in the times we are in. Congrats to LHM Genesis for staying true to the customer rather than gouging us as most have done. My business will never support those who have opted to take that approach. Thanks to Dakota for many questions answered and time, and Vonn for delivery knowledge and closing the deal. And also to Nick for the backend processing. All were very curtious, well mannered, never pushy in the least, in fact just the opposite. I will be referring anyone that inquires for certian! Keep up the good work! We recently purchased a GV80 and worked with Vohn and Renee. I can sincerely say it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. Vohn communicates very well and kept in touch with us when we were looking for a 'unicorn' combination of colors and packages on our car. When the car became available he was quick to call and went out of his way to make it a quick, easy transaction, even going so far as picking us up at the airport because we flew in from out of town to purchase the car. Renee was friendly and easy to work with. There were not financing tricks or hard sells on warranty packages or upgrades, just honest conversation and discussion of options. We would happily recommend the dealership to anyone. Thanks team! More
