⚠️ Warning: Do NOT go to Toyota of Cool Springs! ⚠️ I traded in my 2023 Tundra 1794 for a2025 RAV4 while waiting on recall service. The next day I tried to cancel, but the dealership refused. The ⚠️ I traded in my 2023 Tundra 1794 for a2025 RAV4 while waiting on recall service. The next day I tried to cancel, but the dealership refused. They marked up my Tundra by $5,000 and said I’d have to buy it back at the higher price plus taxes and fees. They also told me I’d have to pay all dealer fees again if I wanted to switch back. In the end, they only offered to buy back the RAV4 if I agreed to lose another $5,000 in fees — and I’d still have to wait 2–3 weeks for a check. In just ONE day, I lost thousands while they profited. This dealership does not stand behind its deals and takes advantage of customers. More

I truly appreciate everything Alan did to make my car-buying experience such a positive one. we came in and bought a 2018 VW Atlas. We bought it same day, cash. My wife is due anyday with twins and we needed a vehicle that could hold 3 car seats. Within 2 weeks engine light c We bought it same day, cash. My wife is due anyday with twins and we needed a vehicle that could hold 3 car seats. Within 2 weeks engine light came on. When we brought it in they told us we had to send it to VW to get a “software update”, and that was it. Brought it to VW, turns out it had a faulty idler belt and charcoal canister (no software update was needed). It cost us nearly $1k to repair. When asked if Toyota will help with cost - they said they wanted us to bring it back to them again and they’d fix it. Even though we already brought it to them and they sent us to VW… Now they claim they won’t help with any costs cuz they don’t trust the price of work and it’s not their fault because it wasn’t part of their safety inspection. Great way to treat a expecting family trying to get a safe car… More
