Jesus and the Royal team made it very easy to buy and be delighted with my purchase. I had been a Kia owner in the past so I really like that car, but Jesus and Royal made it possible for me to find anothe delighted with my purchase. I had been a Kia owner in the past so I really like that car, but Jesus and Royal made it possible for me to find another and again be delighted with my Kia. This was a used car and when I took it home it sat for a couple days in my driveway, when I went to start it NOTHING I called Jesus and he was in my drive in 1/2 an hour. He called a repair person who jumped the mother and off i went back to Kia. The service are checked things out, told me they would have to charge the battery which would take 4-6 hours and see if the battery would even hold a charge. This all occurred on a Saturday, so they gave me a car to use until Monday, I couldn't believe the loaner they gave me it was a brand new 2025 KIA. I recieved a call on Monday to pick up my car which had a new battery and a three yr warraantery. They had also washed and vacuumed. All this, a tank full of gas and a box of roses! Where else can you find such service? Jesus and the team made buying a used car a pleasure! I am an old woman and am always hesitant about dealing with car places, either to buy or to have repaired, but Royal has eliminated all fear for me. Thanks Royal, thanks Jesus. More

Taylor Bray provided the specific answers to the questions I had regarding the vehicle. In my previous experiences at other dealerships, I have observed that salespeople often lack a comprehensive u questions I had regarding the vehicle. In my previous experiences at other dealerships, I have observed that salespeople often lack a comprehensive understanding of the product. However, Taylor Bray conducted thorough research prior to my arrival and made the decision to proceed with the purchase relatively straightforward. Additionally, the fact that I was not transferred to other individuals throughout the process was refreshing. The streamlined approach involving only one person significantly enhanced the overall experience. More
