Went in for check engine light flashing They were very friendly and courteous, I was having car issues the day before I had to take a road trip for work and had a lot of things to do before They were very friendly and courteous, I was having car issues the day before I had to take a road trip for work and had a lot of things to do before I left. They were able to get my car in immediately and get me out with my situation resolved within an hour and a half. Great customer service!!! More

Thank God for CarGurus.com The salesman (marc) was from across the road. He and I didn't really click, but he was able to work with me on buying a truck. The building and shop look nice. I was in to have my truck checked over and two employees were yelling at each other over water first thing in the morning. Megan and the service manager are awesome to work with! The one star rating on the friendlyness was because two employees got in a verbal fight between the customer lounge and service desk. Other than that they are good to the customers More

Even though there was quite a delay in getting my new vehicle (circumstantial; no fault of anyone in Fantastic salesman and staff at this dealership! Even though there was quite a delay in getting my new vehicle (circumstantial; no fault of anyone in particular), I would still recommend this dealership and my salesman, Vincent Epping! I also had an opportunity to have an appointment with the Service Department at this location and was thoroughly impressed with not only the staff in the Service Department, but the quickness/swiftness of service that was done and the attention to detail. As long as I have a vehicle that qualifies for service at this dealership, I will always bring them for service here! So much that I recommended and had my husband change his vehicle's service location and he has since made a service appointment here. The quality of service and the length of time of the service being done is leaps and bounds better than the other Bob Johnson (Chevy) location. More

Decide for yourself Every visit for service on my Acadia I am greeted pleasantly and the service is generally quick and to my satisfaction. On one occasion my tires were rotated and the lug nuts had not been tightened resulting in one falling off next to my car. The service manager offered a discount on a future visit. This last visit for oil change and tire rotation, I had new wiper blades installed however the plastic sheath on the driver side had not been removed so when I turned them on to try them out while driving down the road, the solvent just smudged across the window obscuring my view. Did not call to complain, just hoping there are no future issues. More

Absolutely terrible I made an appointment a week in advance telling them that my windshield wiper motor is needed to be fixed after showing up at 7:30 in the morning when I made an appointment a week in advance telling them that my windshield wiper motor is needed to be fixed after showing up at 7:30 in the morning when they open for my appointment that they scheduled I sat for over three hours waiting for them to order the part parts that we had talked about in previous week then I ask for an inspection even though my deductible was only $250 am I fully covered bumper to bumper warranty I still somehow ended up paying $291 f****** garbage More
